All content and images on the site including logos remain the sole property of Scissorpic LTD or its licensors and is protected by English and International copyright laws
Use of Images
By using our services you acknowledge and agree that If needed we may use the images/videos taken during the event for promotional content purporses and/or advertising. We may also use the images taken by the photographer for these purposes.
We require a non refundable deposit of £200 to secure your booking and the full amount to be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the event. You will receive a receipt by email to confirm your payment and booking. Please keep a copy of this.
In order to set up the Photobooth we would need sufficient space with access to an electrical output (approx 2m) from the booth if indoors. We would also require some extra room for a table where we would place the props, guestbook and the printer.
We do not clock watch nor do we rush guests to finish up but we do aim to run the event from the time agreed to the finishing time. Should there be any circumstances that we are not running on time due to our fault then we can compensate by extending the hire period accordingly. We aim to set up anytime up to 60 minutes prior the agreed time. If there are any circumstances where we are being held up from setting up by the venue/event organisers then we cannot be held responsible should the setup overlap your agreed time. If you require extra time extended we charge a £95 fee per hour
Please ensure that you have gained permission at your venue to allow us to run the service with our equipment and take photography as we shall not be held responsible should we not be allowed to take photography or set up our equipment. Please let us know if the venue has any difficulties with access in regards to entry as well as stairs so we can take into account how much man-power would suffice.
It will be your responsibility to provide us with clear information with regards to address details and ensure that they are correct. We will not be held responsible for any delays due to errors made with incorrect details
Please ensure that we have an allocated parking space/area for our vehicle as we will not be liable for any fines incurred should we have to park on a restricted area. We will need parking for loading/unloading the vehicle as well as leaving it there for the hire period
We will have a member of staff over looking the event onsite but should their be any damages to equipment caused by your guests then you will be liable for repair/replacement costs
We do our best to provide the best possible service and ensure everyone has fun and enjoys themselves. Its very unlikely but should there be any circumstances where members of our team feel that any of our equipment is in danger due to guests being reckless/intoxicated or feel threatened and abused then we will try resolve the issue with the main host & we reserve the right to terminate the session and the full hire will still be payable should any matters not be resolved.
Should there be any circumstances where we cannot attend your event you will be contacted as soon as possible and we will be liable to refund any money paid. If there are circumstances beyond our control which prevent us from attending such as but not limited to severe weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, traffic delays we cannot be held responsible. Should there be any technical difficulties with the equipment we will try resolve the issue as soon as possible and we will refund according to the time that the Photobooth is not in use in line with the hours of hire
